My name is Reilika, and Tore Toit was born from my deep love for Estonian food. For me, Estonian cuisine is much more than what’s on the plate — it’s stories passed down through generations, childhood memories, familiar flavours and the comforting aromas of home. These are the experiences I love sharing with my guests.
Every dish is prepared with fresh, local ingredients and guided by home recipes, where measurements are “a pinch,” “to taste,” and “just right.” The word tore means something beautiful, good and heartfelt to me — and that is exactly the feeling I strive to create here every day.
