Tore Koht is an event venue situated on Vene Street in Tallinn's charming Old Town. Located on the second floor of a historic building, it features two rooms of varying sizes that can be utilized for a wide range of events, including birthdays, training sessions, presentations, workshops, and more. The rooms can be rented individually or combined to create a spacious, unified event space.

A room with a homely atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen. Suitable for organizing smaller meetings, seminars, workshops and get-togethers.

The daily rate is valid until the start of quiet hours, after which an additional 50% is added to the hourly rate.
If the event is extended by 30 minutes, an extra charge based on the hourly rate will apply.
The rental price includes the use of dishes
Price does not include the price of cleaning and dish washing. Cleaning and dish washing is extra 50 EUR and will be added to the rental price.
Prices does not apply to cooking classes. If you’d like to use the space for a cooking class, the rate for 3 hours is 250 EUR.

Parking

Access to the Old Town is available 24/7, as the location is outside the Old Town exclusion zone. Paid parking is available on Vene Street (within the Old Town zone) at a rate of 6 EUR/hour, accessible 24/7.
The nearest Europark, EP133 (Väike Rannavärav 6), is a 3-minute walk from Vene Street, offering parking at 2 EUR/30 minutes or 18 EUR/day.
For parking in the city center zone, the nearest lot is opposite Kultuurikatel, with rates of 1.50 EUR/hour from Monday to Friday (07:00–19:00) and Saturday (08:00–15:00). Parking is free on Sundays.
